Position the inlet pipe vertically. Using the provided wrench, securely tighten the nut to lock the pipe in place.

Inlet Quick Connect
Wrap the inlet threads with the provided Teflon tape, making 2-3 complete wraps. Screw on the inlet quick connect until hand-tight, then use a wrench to fully tighten it.

Attach Hoses
Attach the provided hoses or your own to the 3/4-inch barb fittings. Feed the hose through the rear opening, slide a pipe clamp over the hose, and tighten it securely onto the barb fitting.

Attach Quick Connections
Slide a pipe clamp over the end of the hose. Attach the barb-to-quick-connect adapters found in the chiller box by sliding the hose over the barbed end and securing it with the clamp.

Set Width
Loosen the slider using the two silver thumb screws located on the sides of the adapter. Adjust it roughly to the width of your tub before attaching.

Priming Quick Connect
If using a submersible pump to prime attach quick connect to the barb fitting. Wrap the threads two times with Teflon tape and tighten the quick connect hand-tight or use a wrench if available. Disconnect the hand pump if needed by removing the hose clamp.
